What's a Ruff? It is an item of clothing worn in Western Europe from the mid-sixteenth century to the mid-seventeenth century. Pictured at left is Queen Elizabeth I --- she was no stranger to a Ruff. Pictured at right, is Cash. He, on the other hand, thinks a Ruff is strange.
