Return Policy
At smalldogmall.com, we simply want you to be happy with your purchase.
If any smalldogmall.com website purchase fails to meet your
expectations, simply return the item(s) in the original, unused
condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly exchange
your item or refund the purchase price via the original purchase
method. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. We do not accept COD
returns. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We prefer returns be
sent to smalldogmall.com via US Mail with insurance and delivery
confirmation (for tracking purposes).
Ship
unused item(s) along with manufacturer tags, and your Order Summary
using the return label provided on your Order Summary or ship your
return to:

All
we need to know is whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you
choose a refund, please fill in the credit card number and expiration
date on the return form.
Please note:
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent
back to us after 30 days, any merchandise that has been used, any
merchandise that is not in its original new condition, or any
merchandise that did not come from Small Dog Mall. There are always
exceptions to every rule, so if you feel you have a special situation,

Measuring Your Pet
Measuring
your pet as accurately as possible using the guidelines provided in the
sizing section of each of our product pages is key to getting the right
size/fit. If you think you need help, please email or give us a call -
we are here to help you and welcome the opportunity to do so :) We know
sizing your pet can be tricky so for collars and sweaters, we give one
complimentary exchange.
Domestic Shipping
smalldogmall.com
ships all packages via US Mail/Insured/Delivery Confirmation. If you
would like your order shipped via another method, please let us know.
International Shipping
We
gladly ship anywhere in the world. International shipping charges will
be added to an international purchase and we will contact you via email
after we have received your order. Shipping charges are determined by
package weight, package size, and destination. smalldogmall.com ships
all international orders via US Postal Service and these packages take
an average of two weeks to reach their destination. We do insure our
international packages but we cannot be responsible for the loss or
damage of packages once they are shipped to an international
destination. International customers are responsible for any customs
charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all
information on your order form is complete, correct, and current.
Special Orders
Many
of the items we sell at smalldogmall.com are available in larger sizes.
If you see something you would like but don't see your size, please
contact customer service at customerservice@smalldogmall.com. and we will do our best to get you what you need in your special size.
Custom Orders
Please
be sure to measure your pets properly and proof read any names,
addresses, and phone numbers carefully, as all custom orders cannot be
exchanged or returned. These include personalized items like ID Tags,
Name Bones and special orders such as larger collars, as well as any
item that is noted as a custom order on the item page. Custom orders
can take up to six weeks for delivery.
Product Descriptions and Illustrations
We
go to great lengths to ensure accuracy in our product descriptions and
photo illustrations of the products we sell. However, slight
discripencies can and do occur. smalldogmall.com images have been color
corrected to give a true representation of each product we sell, but
due to the individual monitor settings, color accuracy may vary from
monitor to monitor.
Stock Availability
If
an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified promptly and
we will let you know the aproximate shipping date. Back ordered items
are shipped promptly upon arrival here at smalldogmall.com.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.

California State residents are automatically charged applicable sales tax.
Wholesale
