Return Policy
At smalldogmall.com, we simply want you to be happy with your purchase. If any smalldogmall.com website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) in the original, unused condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly exchange your item or refund the purchase price via the original purchase method.

We cannot accept returns on custom orders.

We do not accept COD returns.

We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We prefer returns be sent to smalldogmall.com via US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation (for tracking purposes). Ship unused item(s) along with manufacturer tags, and your Order Summary using the return label provided on your Order Summary or ship your return to:

All we need to know is whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you choose a refund, and used a credit card, please fill in the credit card number and expiration date on the return form.

Please note:  We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, any merchandise that has been used, any merchandise that is not in its original new condition, or any merchandise that was not purchased from smalldogmall.com.

We know sizing your pet can be tricky, so for collars and sweaters, we give one complimentary exchange. Each exchange after the complimentary exchange will incur a restocking and shipping & handling fee of $8.00.
