Sizing:
10" Collar is 11" long X 3/8" wide. There are 4 holes between the 8" and 10" measure from the buckle. The width is just right at 3/8".
12" Collar is 13" long X 3/8" wide. There are 4 holes between the 10" and 12" measure from the buckle. 
14" Collar is 15" long X 1/2" wide. There are 4 holes between the 12" and 14" measure from the buckle.
